वॉलनट रोल्स
क्या चाहिए :
भरावन के लिए –
- गाजर का सूखा हलवा- 1 कप (मावा मिला हुआ),
- सूखे मेवे – 1/4 कप बारीक कटे हुए।
- बाहरी परत के लिए-
- मैदा- 1 कप, .
- घी- 11/2 छोटे चम्मच मोयन के लिए,
- पानी- आवश्यकतानुसार।

Walnut Rolls
Walnut Rolls are very easy to make. These are fun sacs. In this, we have carrot pudding which is dry and khoya is also mixed in it; It is made by taking dry fruits and ghee in it. Due to the presence of carrots, dry fruits and ghee in it, it becomes a healthy dish.Being made of rolls, it can be easily lifted and eaten. By the way, many things can be filled in it. Like corn, chocolate, paneer etc. many things can be filled. But today we make only Walnut Rolls made of dry fruits only. so now let’s make it.
First, mix half a teaspoon of salt in two to three teaspoons of water and keep it aside. Now filter the flour and add lukewarm to it. If it is bound by pressing the flour in the fist, then Moyan is correct. If it is not binding then add some more ghee. Now add water little by little and knead the dough and keep it covered for twenty minutes. Mix the stuffing ingredients in a bowl.Knead the dough again and make seven-eight balls. Roll out the dough into a round roti and cut it into two equal parts with a knife. Take a portion of it and put a small spoonful of stuffing on its corner and give it a cylindrical shape by wrapping it round the inside. Apply a solution of water and salt to the edge of the bandage and stick it. To prevent the stuffing from coming out from the corners of the roll, close both the edges by folding them inwards and stick them by applying water solution.Set well by rolling the roll with light hands. Heat ghee in a pan on medium heat. Put all the rolls in it and fry on medium to low flame till they become crisp and golden. Rolls are ready. Serve them hot or cold.
